Notice Text

Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 6 january 2020 are required by the trustee of the estate to send particulars of their claim to them care of birman & ride of level 3, [contact details redacted] 6000, by the date one month from the publication date after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
