PL403 PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT ACT 2005 APPROVED STATE PLANNING POLICY State Planning Policy 2.9 Water It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with Part 2 Division 3 of the Planning and Development (State Planning Policies) Regulations 2024 that the Governor in Executive Council has approved State Planning Policy 2.9 Water (approved policy). The approved policy comes into operation on 18 December 2025. A copy of the approved policy and associated Planning for Water Guidelines will be published on the Western Australian Planning Commission’s website on 16th December 2025.
