Raymond Buchholz, Assistant Executive Director, Maritime, Department of Transport, makes this instrument under section 115A, regulation 48 and regulation 52CA as delegate of the Chief Executive Officer, regarding craft and vessel approval and exemptions for certain aquatic events. The instrument remains in force until 1 August 2023 unless revoked sooner.
