Exempts Rottnest Fast Ferries passenger ferries from certain speed restrictions while entering or exiting Hillarys Boat Harbour. Approves ferries to exceed 8 knots in shallow water and within 50 metres of the water’s edge while entering or exiting Hillarys Boat Harbour and in the area to which Notice 1 applies. Conditions apply, including speed limits and sound signals.
