The council of the City of Armadale resolved on 9 February 2026 to make the following amendment local law under the Local Government Act 1995 and the Cat Act 2011. This local law is the City of Armadale Cat Amendment Local Law and comes into operation 14 days after the date of its publication in the Government Gazette. This amendment local law amends the City of Armadale Cat Local Law 2024, published in the Government Gazette on 22 January 2025.

Determines that the method of valuation to be used by the City of Armadale as the basis for a rate in respect of designated land is to be the gross rental value of the land.
Appoints Cole Tanner and Nicole Ivory as Rangers and Pound Keepers for the City of Armadale.
