The Conservation and Parks Commission and the Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions advise that amendments to the North Kimberley Marine Park Joint Management Plan 2016: Uunguu, Balanggarra, Miriuwung Gajerrong and Wilinggin Management Areas were approved by the Minister for Environment on 27 September 2018. The amendments to the management plan were prepared in accordance with section 61 of the Conservation and Land Management Act 1984 and come into operation with the Government Gazette notice.
