The Conservation and Parks Commission and the Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions advise that amendments proposed to the North Kimberley Marine Park Joint Management Plan 2016: Uunguu, Balanggarra, Miriuwung Gajerrong and Wilinggin Management Areas are available for public comment. One proposed amendment comprises modification to Table 5 of the management plan to remove caveat ‘e’ with regard to the activity of dredging and dredge spoil dumping in general use zones.
