Made under the suitors’ fund amendment act 2019 section 2(b) by the governor in executive council. This proclamation is the suitors’ fund amendment act 2019 commencement proclamation 2020. The suitors’ fund amendment act 2019 sections 4 and 5 come into operation on 1 january 2021.
