Proclamation made under the Marine and Harbours Act 1981 section 9(2) by the Governor in Executive Council. This proclamation is the Marine and Harbours (Hillarys Boat Harbour) Proclamation 2020. The proclamation made under section 9(1) of the Marine and Harbours Act 1981 and published in the Gazette on 6 September 1985 at p. 3443 as varied by proclamations is varied by deleting the Schedule and inserting the Schedule—Hillarys Boat Harbour.
