Made by the Chief Psychiatrist under section 539 of the Mental Health Act 2014; this order may be cited as the Mental Health (Authorised Mental Health Practitioners) Order (No. 4) 2023. The mental health practitioners specified in Schedule 1 to this order are designated as Authorised Mental Health Practitioners.
