The clinical review committee established by board of directors for mount hospital, is declared to be an approved quality improvement committee for the purposes of the health services (quality improvement) act 1994. This order expires three years after its commencement. The health services (quality improvement) (approved committee) order (no. 5) 2014 is revoked.
