The director general of health declares the obstetrics and gynaecological quality committee established by mr mark grime, chief executive officer of st john of god bunbury hospital, to be an approved quality improvement committee for the purposes of the health services (quality improvement) act 1994. This order expires three years after its commencement and revokes the health services (quality improvement) (approved committee) order (no. 2) 2014.
