In respect of the estate of Betty-Ann Hilton Godfrey, late of Wearne Hostel, 1 Gibney Street, Claremont, WA, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the deceased, who died on 7 September 2019 at Wearne Hostel, aforesaid are required by Perpetual Trustee Company Ltd and Kirke Hilton Godfrey, the executors, c/- Ryan & Durey Solicitors of po box 913, West Perth, to send particulars of their claims to the executors by 29 february 2020 after which date the executors may convey or distribute assets having regard only to the claims of which the executors then have notice. After such time the executors shall not, as respects the property so administered or distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim the executors have not had notice at the time of the administration or distribution.
