Notice to creditors and claimants and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of lionel allerton hemsley, late of 18 barrett street, wembley, wa, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relates) in respect of the deceased who died on 22 july 2024 at 18 barrett street, wembley, wa, aforesaid are required by perpetual trustee company ltd, the executor, c/- durey legal of 30 anthony street, south perth, to send particulars of their claims to the executor by 18 november 2024 after which date the executor may convey or distribute assets having regard only to the claims of which the executor then has notice. After such time the executor shall not, as respects the property so administered or distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim the executor has not had notice at the time of the administration or distribution.
