These regulations amend the Land Administration Regulations 1998. Includes definitions for 'Knutsford land' and 'Mosman Park land'. The Minister may exercise power under section 75(7a) of the Act if the application under section 75(7) is made by the Trustees of Public Education Endowment in respect of the Knutsford land or by Rocky Bay Limited in respect of Mosman Park land.
