These regulations amend the Land Administration Regulations 1998. A permit under Part 7 Division 5 of the Act is classified as moderate. Any other document to which that item applies is classified as simple, moderate or complex according to the Minister’s assessment of the costs incurred by the Department in the preparation of a document of that kind.
