Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 24 june 2025, are required to send particulars of their claims to rory walton, of [contact details redacted] 2466, on or before 24th of february 2026, after which date the applicant may distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which notice has then been received.
