The estate of Daniel Frederick Totten late of 14 The Horseshoe, Wandi, in the State of Western Australia, Electrical Contractor, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA) relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 9th June 2025, are required by the Administrator, Tina Jean Baker to send particulars of their claims to her of [contact details redacted] 6122 within one (1) month of the publication of this notice, after which date the Administrator may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to claims of which she then has notice.
