Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 8 august 2020 are required by the personal representative to send particulars of their claims to them care of irdi legal, 248 oxford street, leederville, western australia 6007 by 9 august 2021 after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard to the claims of which he/she then has notice.
