State planning policy 3.6 prepared under section 26 of the planning and development act 2005 by the western australian planning commission. This policy sets out the principles and requirements that apply to the establishment and collection of infrastructure contributions in new and established areas. The policy also provides the framework to facilitate the coordination and delivery of infrastructure in greenfield locations, infill locations, activity centres, corridors and high-frequency public transport routes, industrial nodes and station precincts.
