Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 17th day of January 2018, are required by the executor of the late Murray Andrew Young of c/- Haynes Robinson Lawyers, PO Box 485, Albany, Western Australia 6331 to send particulars of their claims to them within one (1) month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which it then has notice.
