Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 11th day of July 2017, are required by the administrator of the late Mansergh James Parker of c/- Haynes Robinson Lawyers of po box 485, Albany, Western Australia 6331 to send particulars of their claims to them within one (1) month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the administrator may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which it then has notice.
