I, Jared Andrew Barnett, Executive Director Resource Tenure, pursuant to Section 19 of the Mining Act 1978, hereby extend the exemption originally declared on 9 September 2024 and published in the Government Gazette dated 4 October 2024 for the land described hereunder (not being private land or land that is the subject of a mining tenement or an application for a mining tenement) exempt from Divisions 1 to 5 of Part IV of the Mining Act 1978, for a period of two years expiring on 8 September 2028.
