The honourable Don Punch MLA, the minister for aboriginal affairs; water; climate resilience; south west, is designated as the minister of the state for the purposes of the Supreme Court Act 1935 section 154(3) and (4) during the periods beginning on 29 August 2025 and ending on 1 September 2025; and beginning on 4 September 2025 and ending on 5 September 2025.
