Racing and Wagering Western Australia made this notice under section 61 of the Racing and Wagering Western Australia Act 2003. It relates to rules adopted for a jointly operated fixed odds wagering system. Further amendments to the rules were adopted by resolution of the Board dated 28 November 2016 and are published in the schedule.
