In accordance with Section 45 (1) (a) of the Racing and Wagering Western Australia Act 2003, notice is hereby given that the Board of Racing and Wagering WA on 11 December 2020 resolved that the RWWA Rules of Thoroughbred Racing 2019 be amended as followsβ amendments to local rules amend LR225 amendments to Australian Racing Rules (National Rules) effective 1 February 2021 amend AR69, AR104(2)(d), AR106(1), AR113, AR122(6), AR123(4), AR241, AR267 and Number 10 in Schedule 1, Part 2, Division 3βProhibited List B thresholds. Add AR104(2)(h), AR122(7) and AR123(5) re-number existing AR122(6) to AR122(8) re-number existing AR123(4) to AR123(6). A copy of the above rules may be obtained during office hours from the RWWA offices at 14 Hasler Road, Osborne Park 6017, WA or Racing and Wagering Western Australia website, www.rwwa.com.au.
