Order approving a scheme to vary the terms of a charitable trust established by the gift of Lot 60 on Deposited Plan 249300 to the Shire of Gingin in May 1978 by Douglas Graham Barrett-Lennard and Olive Barrett-Lennard. Lot 60 will only be used for aged persons’ accommodation and associated facilities, to be made available, at no pecuniary profit, to aged persons who wish to reside in the Shire of Gingin.
