Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of tome nicoski, late of st michael’s residential care, 53 wasley street, north perth, western australia, who died on 12 december 2016, are required by the personal representative kire nicoski to send particulars of their claims to irdi legal, 248 oxford street, leederville wa 6007 by 5 january 2018, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
