Made by the chief psychiatrist under section 539 of the mental health act 2014; this order may be cited as the mental health (authorised mental health practitioners) order (no. 2) 2020. This order comes into operation as follows— (a) clauses 1 and 2 ― on the day on which this order is published in the gazette; (b) clause 3 ― on the day after that day. The mental health practitioners specified in schedule 1 to this order are designated as authorised mental health practitioners.
