It is hereby notified for public information that the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC), acting pursuant to Part 8 of the Planning and Development Act 2005, has certified and recommended that it should be made the subject of Improvement Plan No. 43—Shenton Park Rehabilitation Hospital. The amended improvement plan area comprises the land depicted on WAPC Plan No. 3.2622/1. The purpose of this improvement plan is to enable a coordinated approach to the planning and development of the Shenton Park Rehabilitation Hospital site. The recommendation has been accepted by the Minister for Planning and Lands and the Governor.
