Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the above named deceased, who died on the 8 february 2020 are required by the trustee ivan carija, solicitor of [contact details redacted] 6069 to send particulars of their claims to him within one calendar month after the date of publication of this notice after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
