Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962, relates) in respect to the estate of the deceased, who died on the 8th of november 2020 are required by the trustee trevor pearson to send their claims to him by the 30th of august 2021. [email protected] after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to claims of which he has had notice.
