It is hereby notified for public information that Shaun Partyka has been appointed as ranger and fire control officer for the Shire of Collie to administer the following legislations within the district of the Shire of Collie— • bush fires act 1954 sections 38, 33, 59 and 59a—bush fire control officer • caravan parks and camping grounds act 1995 and regulations—as authorised officer • cat act 2011—as authorised person and registration officer • control of vehicles (off-road areas) act 1978—as authorised officer • dog act 1976—as authorised person and registration officer • local government act 1995—as authorised person • litter act 1979, regulations—as authorised officer • local government (miscellaneous provisions) act 1995—pound keeper • shire of collie parking local laws—as authorised person • to investigate and carryout proceedings on behalf of the Shire of Collie Council
