Peter Woronzow, as Commissioner of Main Roads, makes an order under section 33 of the Road Traffic (Vehicles) Act 2012 for the modification of mass and dimension requirements for certain agricultural vehicles, subject to conditions. The Agricultural Machine Order 2018 is revoked. This order takes effect on the day it is published and applies from January 1 to December 31 each year until revoked. Vehicles must comply with the Agricultural Machine Operating Conditions.
