It is notified that the CEO of The Shire of Northam has made appellable decisions pursuant to Division 4 of the Environmental Protection (Noise) Regulations 1997, in relation to an application for approval of a noise management plan for a shooting venue, namely the ‘Noise Management Plan—Northam & Districts Gun Club Inc’ dated 9 October 2024. The approval is for a period of 5 years. Copies are available from the Shire of Northam’s administration office.
