Made by the minister under section 208(2) of the act. This order is the health services (health service provider land) amendment order (no. 5) 2018. This order comes into operation as follows: clauses 1 and 2 on the day on which this order is published in the gazette; the rest of the order on the day after that day. This order amends the health services (health service provider land) order 2016. In clause 3(1) in the table division 4 delete the item for onslow hospital and insert: onslow health service 97 second avenue, onslow.
