Made by the minister under section 208 of the act. This order is the health services (health service provider land) amendment order 2018. This order comes into operation as follows: clauses 1 and 2 on the day on which this order is published in the gazette; the rest of the order on the day after that day. This order amends the health services (health service provider land) order 2016. In clause 3(1) in the table division 4 delete the item for pingelly and insert: health centre pingelly health centre 32 brown street, pingelly.
