Creditors and other persons having claims (to which s 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 25 may 2021 are required by aaron john chapman (aaron chapman) and adam wade chapman (adam chapman) legal personal representative of the deceased to send particulars of their claims to adam chapman of care of [contact details redacted] occur of 30 days following the publication of this notice in the west australian newspaper and the government gazette after which date aaron chapman and adam chapman as legal personal representative for the deceased may convey or as applicable distribute the assets of the deceased, having regard only to the claims of which adam chapman and aaron chapman have notice.
