Creditors and other persons having claims to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 as amended relates in respect of the estate of the late hans anchelon, late of 7 carex walk, jarrahdale, western australia who died on 4 october 2022 are required by the executor, elizabeth o'sullivan, to send particulars of their claims addressed to the executor, estate of the late hans anchelon, care of leach legal, level 15, [contact details redacted] 6000 within one month of the date of publication of this notice after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which the executor then have notice.
