Made under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (WA) Amendment Act 2018 section 2(d) by the Governor in Executive Council. This proclamation is the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (WA) Amendment Act 2018 Commencement Proclamation 2018. The Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (WA) Amendment Act 2018 section 87 and Part 3 come into operation on the day after the day on which this proclamation is published in the Gazette.
