These regulations are the biosecurity and agriculture management (declared pest account) amendment regulations 2018. These regulations come into operation as follows: regulations 1 and 2 on the day of gazettal, and the rest on the day after. These regulations amend the biosecurity and agriculture management (declared pest account) regulations 2014. Regulation 3 is amended by deleting the table and inserting a new table listing various locations.
