Richard Sellers, in my capacity as Commissioner of Main Roads, hereby make an order in accordance with section 33 of the Road Traffic (Vehicles) Act 2012, for the modification of mass and dimension requirements for certain agricultural combinations, subject to conditions. This is the Agricultural Combinations Order 2019. This authorisation takes effect on the day that it is published. This order applies to the vehicles specified in the Operating Conditions. A vehicle must only travel on a road or in an area specified in the Operating Conditions.
