Appoints authorised persons for the Shire of Katanning under various acts and local laws.

It is hereby notified for public information that the following persons have been appointed as authorised persons for the Shire of Katanning under various acts including the Dog Act 1976, Cat Act 2011, Caravan Parks and Camping Grounds Act 1995, Control of Vehicles (Off-road Areas) Act 1978, Litter Act 1979, Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1960, Local Government Act 1995, Bush Fires Act 1954 and Bush Fires Regulations 1954, and all Shire of Katanning Local Laws. The above appointments replace Council previous appointments of Bushfire Control Officers.
