In the matter of the estate of Clint Robert Ford late of [contact details redacted] persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the above-mentioned deceased, who died on 20 December 2024, are required by the Executor, Penelope Helen Ford, care of Croftbridge, Level 1, [contact details redacted] 6000 to send the particulars of their claims to them by the date being one month from the date of publication of this notice after which date the Executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
