Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 18 march 2025, are required by the personal representative wendy maree walley of c/- luna legal group of [contact details redacted] of their claims to her by 31 august 2025, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which she has then been given notice.
