Pursuant to the powers contained in Section 33 of the Bush Fires Act 1954, as the property owner or occupier of land within the City of Kwinana, you are hereby required to comply with the requirements set out in this notice. The applicable works outlined below must be completed before 1 December 2017 and maintained up to and including 31 March 2018.
