Made under the Restraining Orders and Related Legislation Amendment (Family Violence) Act 2016 section 2(b) by the Governor in Executive Council. This proclamation is the Restraining Orders and Related Legislation Amendment (Family Violence) Act 2016 Commencement Proclamation 2017. Sections 60, 71, 73, 76, 97, 98 and 100 commence on the day after publication in the Gazette; the rest of the Act commences on 1 July 2017.
