Licensing provisions amendment act 2016 commencement proclamation 2017 made under the licensing provisions amendment act 2016 section 2(b) by the governor in executive council. This proclamation is the licensing provisions amendment act 2016 commencement proclamation 2017. The licensing provisions amendment act 2016 parts 5 and 9 come into operation on the day after the day on which this proclamation is published in the gazette.
