Approves temporary suspension of the Road Traffic Act and/or Regulations for a recreational cycling event in Kalamunda and Mundaring on 23 February 2020, a car rally in Manjimup on 9 May 2020, and cycling road races in Wanneroo on 19 July and 4 October 2020. Suspensions apply to specific regulations to allow for racing conditions, subject to traffic management plans and compliance with other traffic laws.
