Pursuant to section 19 of the Heritage Act 2018, the Heritage Council of Western Australia resolved to revoke the delegation instrument published on 24 September 2019 and delegate the provision of advice under s.74 of the Act to Senior Manager Asset Management of the National Trust of Australia (WA) for proposals for works located in any place acquired by, vested in, or under the control of the Trust.
